It's been a while since I posted new recipes. I think it will help a lot of mommies out there to do kid friendly recipes.

Hot subs
You will need
Hot dog rolls, caramelized onions, Mayonnaise, sausages, mozzarella cheese grated and fresh Parsley to garnish.
Make a slit on top of the rolls and spread the Mayonnaise, put onion rings, sausage, cheese and Parsley. Bake at 190° for 15min or until golden.
Mom tip: you can do this recipe with burger patties to make sliders. Will work wonders for a birthday party meal.
I've also made my mom's recipe for spinach and put a touch of my spice up ingredients.

You will need 3 cups chopped spinach 1 tomatoes Half an onion 1 chicken stock tube Aromat for flavour 1 tbs on coconut oil for frying Half cup grated mozzarella cheese
How to
Fry onion and tomatoes until soft, add the spinach and stir in the stock with Aromat. Let it simmer for a minute and pour in the cheese.
Mom tip: Kids get excited with this because of the cheese pull. 😉Trick them into eating veges by adding something that excites the.
Spicy beet salad

You will need
4 medium beetroot boiled 1 onion half rings 1 tsp curry powder 1tbs tumeric powder 1 tbs coconut oil for frying 4 sprigs of fresh thyme Dash of salt
How to
Cut the beets into wedges and cut the onions into half rings. Fry the onions with the fresh thyme and add the spices and salt. Stirring constantly until the beets are submerged in the spices and serve.
Mom tip: to make it kid friendly you can omit the curry powder. You can make the beetroot into into kebabs and serve them during a birthday party. 😉
